Vernizes & Cª #7 / Nail lacquers & other things alike #7

Como já devem ter percebido, adoro vernizes e adoro falar sobre o assunto. Uma tendência recente nessa área, é a do verniz crackle. A técnica consiste em pintar as unhas com uma cor à nossa escolha e passar, depois do verniz estar bem seco, com um outro verniz, crackled, de cor diferente do primeiro, o que confere ao conjunto um aspecto "estalado" bicolor. A OPI tem umas cores muito giras para conjugar, como é usual na marca, mas eu ainda estou um bocado céptica... To crackle or not to crackle, that is the question...     

As you can probably tell by now,  I love nail lacquers, and love talking about it. One of the new trends is the crackle nail polish. The technique consists on painting your nails with a nail polish of your choice, letting it dry, and painting your nails again, but this time using a different, crackled, nail lacquer/top-coat. The result is a two-colored cracked nail effect. OPI has some nice colors for that, as usual, but I’m still not sure about it… To crackle or not to crackle, that is the question...
